It was fairly clean with incredible customer service. Thoroughly enjoyed the location really close to the amazing restaurant “ prego ”.

the location of this hotel was exceptionally nice. btw, the airport was 15 km away. the room was modern with very comfy beds and fairly clean bathroom. a hairdryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets were very handy.

The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people, with wide hallways and comfortable seating areas. It was easy to navigate around the hotel and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there to help with luggage and provide guidance on local attractions for senior visitors.
